JWAA, founded in 1956 on the basis of its predecessor Jinan Auto-Accessory Works, is acquired by HONY CAPITAL which is a subsidiary of LEGEND HOLDINGS on June 15, 2005. The new company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise with registered capital 12 million dollars and 2000 employees. JWAA has the strongest product development capability in China. Since 1980s, by introducing and absorbing the advanced production technology and essential equipments from American Company TRW, JWAA gradually formed its own core technology on product development, process development and special machine. Meanwhile, the company fostered a number of professionals, and realizes the domestic production of replacing and introducing auto models. Many of the new products gain high national awards. Comparing with other competitors, the company possesses the incomparable advantages and experience. Its leading products include all kinds of auto models and tens of new products are developed yearly. The company’s annual output of valve and valve tappet is always at the top of the national industry. JWAA is the products supplier for dozens of most important auto and mainframe works in China, such as Volkswagen in Shanghai, Toyota in Tianjin, Fiat in Nanjing China Faw Group Corporation, and so on. Shanhe valve was assessed as one of the 100 products with greatest public satisfaction by the National Quality Association.
