Valve

The company possesses advanced technology and equipments of valve manufacture and examination. It has already formed the matching product structure with saloon car as its core and meanwhile giving attention to heavy, middle, light and mini types of autos.
The company also successfully developed the technology of central vacancy natrium cooled valve. Shanhe valve has been assessed as one of the 100 best products with consumers’ most satisfaction by China Quality Association Consumer Committee. The intake and exhaust valve provided for Santana and Toyota 8A has gained honorable title of “check-free products” in Shanghai Volkswagen and Tianjing Toyota.

Valve Tappet

JWAA introduced the process product line of hydraulic tappet machine from the American company. Its products of standard hydraulic tappet and valve lash adjuster have already reached the advanced level in the country. The company mainly provides matching products for Beijing Benz, Xinguang-Brilliance, China Faw light truck and so on. JWAA possesses rich experience of more than 40 years on designing, manufacturing and examining machine tappets, and also all kinds of such products. At present, JWAA mainly provides matching products for Yuchai, Dachai, Weichai, Shangchai, Chaochai, Dongfeng, China Faw, Zhejiang Geely and so on.

JWAA has ahistory of 40 years to specialize in shanhe brand auto air compressors. In 1960,it was honored to be the first to manufacture the AIR-COMPRESSORS JN150,supplied for heavy-duty vehicles,since 1980,it has been responsible for the commodity testing and the quality classification for all the auto AIR-COMPRESSORS throu-ghout the country.

New Products

JWAA has significant capability of new products development, and nearly all the essential mainframe factories are its strategic cooperative partners. Every year, about 100 different kinds of new valves and valve tappets will be developed in the company.

Brand and Packaging

    JWAA has designed and registered three different kinds of brands: SHANHE, FORYOU and WORLDWIDE.
   The brand of SHANHE stands for the famous Mountain Tai and Yellow River, which indicates the prospect of the company will be as permanent as the Yellow River and as honorable as the Mountain Tai.
   The brand of FORYOUR means “for you”, indicating the company’s concept of doing everything for the consumers.
   In the icon of brand WORLDWIDE (on the left), background is the globe, indicating the whole world; the central blue image is a transmuted “W”, the initial of WORLDWIDE, standing for JWAA. The top of the transmuted “W” is like lofty mountains and three lines in the middle symbolize surfy rivers. Both the mountain and river indicate the new company is continuing the previous auto-accessory business. The whole icon means that JWAA will go on the prior career and endeavor to become a well-known, advanced and even the leading supplier of auto accessory both at home and abroad.
